1. Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
  • A reservation is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or text from

  • We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

2. Payments

  • Major credit cards are accepted.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
  • Any remaining balance is due before or at the beginning of the service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Airport transfers may be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund.
  • Hourly reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after these timeframes may be charged the full reservation amount.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Waiting Time

Airport Pickups
  • Domestic Flights: 30 minutes complimentary waiting time.
  • International Flights: 60 minutes complimentary waiting time.
Non-Airport Pickups
  • 15 minutes complimentary waiting time.

Additional waiting time will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

5. Flight Monitoring

  • We monitor commercial flight arrivals.
  • Pickup times are adjusted for delayed flights at no additional charge.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight information.

6. Additional Stops & Extra Time

  • Additional stops and extended service requested during the trip will incur additional charges.
  • Hourly services are billed according to the reserved time. Extra time is charged in hourly increments or as specified in your reservation.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:
  • Wear seat belts when required by law.
  • Follow all local, state, and federal laws.
  • Treat the vehicle respectfully.
  • Not smoke or vape inside any vehicle.

8. Alcohol

Alcohol is permitted only where allowed by law and only for passengers who are 21 years of age or older.

9. Vehicle Damage

The customer is financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by any passenger, including but not limited to:

  • Vomit or bodily fluids
  • Burns
  • Stains
  • Broken glass
  • Interior or exterior damage
  • Excessive cleaning

Cleaning and repair fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

10. Child Safety Seats

Virginia law requires children to be properly secured in an appropriate child safety seat or booster seat. Customers must provide their own child seat unless arranged in advance.

11. Lost & Found

Black Car Limousine Services LLC

is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. We will make every reasonable effort to return lost items.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic
  • Road closures
  • Weather
  • Mechanical emergencies
  • Government restrictions
  • Accidents
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Chauffeur Rights

Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a trip without refund if any passenger:

  • Becomes violent or abusive.
  • Uses illegal drugs.
  • Threatens the chauffeur.
  • Damages the vehicle.
  • Creates an unsafe environment.

14. Route Selection

Our chauffeurs will use the safest and most efficient routes unless the customer requests a different route.

15. Privacy

Customer information is used only for reservation and payment purposes. We do not sell or share personal information except as required by law.
